About Marketing Operations Manager, SMB

  Required Skills:

  Marketing Operations Manager, SMB Responsibilities:

  Handle marketing operations by owning execution and ensuring healthy delivery and performance across global digital marketing campaigns.

  Project manage completion of marketing assets and other campaign inputs required from cross-functional partners to hit deadlines, proactively communicating campaign status updates to Channel marketing Manager stakeholders.

  Develop processes to ensure flawless execution in marketing set up to make sure campaigns delivered meet expectations.

  Implement marketing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our entire marketing team, owning the knowledge base of marketing campaign insights.

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 36 months of work experience in job offered or in a marketing-related occupation. Experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:

  Executing and managing digital marketing campaigns

  Leading large scale marketing campaigns with a minimum budget of one million in multiple digital marketing channel such as FB Ads, SEM, email, and display

  Working in a results-driven environment, analyzing performance, running A/B experiments, and finding optimization actions from the results

  Quantitative analytical experience and knowledge of marketing analytics, with experience analyzing digital marketing data using SQL and Excel

  Project management experience including managing multiple work streams at once and working with cross functional teams

  Public Compensation:

  $154,840/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
