About Recreation Therapist (Activities Aide)

　　Recreation Therapist

　　The Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a qualified Recreation Therapist to join their ever-growing team.

　　Job Description:

　　Assist with clinical documentation

　　Facilitate and lead group activities

　　Encourage activity involvement and chart attendance

　　Assist in keeping activity supplies clean and organized

　　Assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities

　　Assist with outings and special events and other assigned duties

　　QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

　　Diploma

　　Education & Certification in: Recreation Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, etc

　　Certified Dementia Training

　　Creativity

　　Experience with Alzheimers/Dementia and special needs is a plus.

　　Ability to self motivate

　　Rotating weekend schedule, some evenings, and holidays are required.

　　Salary Range:

　　Based on Experience & Qualifications

　　Benefits Offered!

　　Job Type: Full-time

　　Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM
