Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities for the new home communities, reviewing content on the division website and MLS system, and maintaining the divisions photography. Must work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Divisional Website AdministrationPerform content audits and execute daily updates including, but not limited to:
Community and product descriptions
Location and contact information
Upload and maintain photos and tours
Submit troubleshooting tickets
Coordinate the launch of new community websites with internal teams
MLS Administration
Compile listing information and input data into the MLS listing system
Monitor construction status and update completion dates, descriptions, pricing, and photography.
Coordinate photoshoots and virtual tours with internal and external partners.
Coordination of Realtor functions and community events.
Coordinates new model sales center set up with corporate partners/signage company.
Organizes new model/community grand openings events – catering, entertainment, etc.
Assess and updates all community signage and sales center materials.
Assists with the ordering of closing gifts.
Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
