Job Description Summary
Participate in a a paid internship program built around your careergoals and hands-on projects that impact the organization. As part of theLamb Weston University Recruiting Internship Program, Interns worktowards completing a Capstone project and are assigned a mentor who willguide and evaluate performance. Whether you are interested inAgricultural Science, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain, IT,Manufacturing, Food Science, Marketing, or Engineering, our highlyselective summer intern program has projects that will help you buildthe next stage in your career.

Job Description
Support the Lamb Weston Engineering team with several projects relatedto engineering in the manufacturing industry. A skilled mentor will beassigned to the intern for the duration of the internship. This mentorwill provide training and complete weekly reviews to assess progress andanswer questions.
Plant Reliability Engineering Intern:
Assist in the development and implementation of improved equipmentreliability in a manufacturing environment through theidentification and analysis of top losses, evaluation of workprocesses/new capital equipment, and management of repair andmaintenance activitiesResponsibilities may include, but are not limited to, loss androot-cause analysis, daily/weekly preventative maintenance, andasset health reviews of existing equipment for the maintenance andproduction departmentResponsibilities may also include Project Front End Loading (FEL),Project execution, Project cost controls, and engineeringdocumentation.Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate of an Engineering orrelated programJuniors, Seniors, or Master\'s degree students preferred but alsoaccepting recent gradsMinimum GPA 3.0 preferredValid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to meet the Lamb WestonAuthorized Driver standardsExcellent verbal and oral communication skillsAbility and willingness to work independentlyStrong analytical skillsStrong computer competency and experience using a tablet and/oriPhoneExperience with MS suite of products desirableIndustry-Competitive Benefits
