Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare Estimate at Completion in support of Corporate requirements Prepare monthly forecasts for revenue and cash Manage the day-to-day financial requirements for multiple projects Work with program team and support required program meetings Assist Financial Shared Services (FSS) with invoicing Maintain project detail with Deltek/Costpoint Support Customer required reporting requirements This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below. Basic Qualifications for a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2): This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following: High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of related experience Bachelors degree with 3+ years of related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 1+ years of related experience Successful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptability Must be a US citizen Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV Basic Qualifications for a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3): This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following: High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of related experience Bachelors degree with 6+ years of related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience Successful candidate will have proficiency in the following competencies: Manages Complexity, Action Oriented, communicates effectively, Plans and aligns, Situational adaptability Must be a US citizen Must be able to work onsite in Rocket Center, WV Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred with degree in Business Administration or Accounting highly preferred Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred Analytical Skills Presentation skills Organizational/Time Management skills and ability to multi task Self-motivated and works well in team environment Experience with EVMS Salary Range: $62,200 - $93,400 Salary Range 2: $76,600 - $115,000
