Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Marketing Analytics Analyst. This position will play a crucial role in driving business analytics and providing valuable insights for our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, real-time views of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, leveraging data and insights to inform financial, operational, promotional, omnichannel, and testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Utilize analytical skills for direct marketing campaign selection, performance analysis, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving affecting campaigns. Develop omnichannel measurement strategy, plans, and reporting for globally integrated marketing programs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and communications goals. Investigate direct marketing campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and ensure effective use of information to meet business needs. Apply strong business acumen and analysis skills to understand and quantify the steps, impacts, and benefits associated with marketing campaigns, processes, rules, and policies. Integrate customer data with direct-to-consumer marketing channels to enable omnichannel targeting. Perform data cleaning and data transformation to generate accessible data points. Required Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer or marketing analytics with a focus on campaign measurement via website, mobile, or email campaigns. 3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis. Experience with digital analytics and digital marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI. Preferred: Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation platforms, and public cloud technologies. Experience with paid campaign measurement and analytics. Experience within the Financial Services, Banking, and FinTech space is an added plus. Familiarity with Dataiku. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $40.00-$50.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
