Stable Attendant - 35 fulltime, temporary, peakload (H2B) jobs available 4/1/2024-11/30/2024

　　Employer: Mott Thoroughbred Stables, 47 Manning Cove Road, Malta, NY 12020.

　　Duties: Care for and clean horses, exercise and inspect them according to instructions.

　　Work Site: Saratoga Race Course, 267 Union Ave. Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

　　Work days: Days vary Wed-Sun, 5am-11am and 3pm-5pm, hours and days may vary. 40 hours/week at $17.06/hour. Possible OT at $25.59/hr. Bonuses may be paid to workers based upon the winnings of the horses and at the discretion of the employer, which is referred to as "discretionary performance bonus."

　　No education required, no experience required.

　　Optional housing with utilities will be provided free of charge in the backstretch of the Saratoga Race Course.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
