　　Lead Installer: Establish and manage the relationship with the customer during the residential installation process in a courteous, professional manner.Dependability is necessary.Ability to professionally install the following equipment: furnace, air conditioner, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters and generators.Ability to test systems after installations is required.Explain the operation of the newly installed HVAC system to the customer.Ability to communicate with company phone.
