  Description:

  Position Title :

  Production Associate – Full-Time – 3rd Shift

  Pay Rate :

  Starting at $21.01 per hr. After successful completion of training on a specific job, employees will be paid $21.95 to $26.62 per hr. Rate of pay is based on the job they perform.

  Sign on Bonus :

  $500 after 30 days

  $500 after 6 months

  Category/Shift :

  Hourly Full-Time (Sunday Night -Friday)

  3rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (10:00 PM Sunday night start-up for corrugator department)

  *Overtime and Saturdays as needed

  You will begin on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift.

  Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime.

  The Job You Will Perform:

  Follow safety policies and procedures

  Running and maintaining large machines in a safe manner

  Reading factory orders

  Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment

  Consistent quality and count inspection of a product

  Ability to practice great factory housekeeping

  Ability to work overtime as needed

  Requirements For The Position:

  Stable work history

  Good attendance record

  Positive attitude

  Desire to produce quality work as part of a team

  Ability to read, write, and speak English
