JOB SUMMARYMarket Sales Managers will manage full-time sales employees and accountable to deliver on sales growth targets. This role will drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the organization, including developing and enhancing their teams selling skills, driving performance growth, and supporting company and market initiatives. They are responsible for hiring, coaching, managing and in-field training of the sales team and spending much of their time working with sales employees in the field. They will provide input on sales training curriculum and material for use nationally. They are viewed as a leader and trusted advisor within the market. Most importantly, this position nurtures culture and engagement while overseeing strategies focused on improving the overall experience of employees and patients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAccountable for the budgeted and year over year revenue growth.In the field with sales employees, referrals, and other decision makers at least 4 days per week.Work one-on-one with sales employees to assess their skills and knowledge by going on sales calls and observing performance.Provide coaching and/or model desired behaviors to enhance employees understanding of concepts and techniques.Cultivate and promote a culture that reinforces Aprias vision and core values by creating a diverse, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.Ensure the sales force has the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed by delivering training in small groups, large groups, or one-on-one, in either a virtual (web/phone) or in-person setting.
