　　Application Manager Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate all business readiness activities including end user training, product testing and roll-outs.

　　Work with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Engineering Managers and other cross functional team members to drive strategic and tactical initiatives in the Supply Chain and Order Management space for Meta Platforms AR/VR systems.

　　Configure, setup and update applications in both Fusion Cloud or other in-house software solutions.

　　Support efficient operation of the Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) production business systems.

　　Influence enhancements and new projects to improve the product and end user experience.

　　Understand available software solutions in the market (ex: Oracle Fusion), OM data model, write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis to discover and fix underlying causes of bugs.

　　Design and implement best-in-class processes in Oracle Fusion and internal applications to support business needs.

　　Help create and maintain a Roadmap for products/processes for Supply Chain.

　　Provide expertise from a process perspective and help business design end-to-end processes.

　　Communicate effectively with internal customers, enabling informed decision making within the team.

　　Track key application metrics, drive insights and build dashboards to measure results against goals.

　　Identify risks within the business function, deliver clear documentation, and work directly with vendor support for escalations.

　　Analyze issues of moderate complexity, addressing configuration, implementation, and function or process fails.

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include experience in each of the following:
