Description

　　The Digital Modernization Group has an opening for SIGINT Analyst at multiple locations. This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS). The SIGINT Analyst will provide expertise to drive SIGINT support to cyberspace operations through oversight of SIGINT analysis and reporting processes and procedures, to include incorporating new and innovative SIGINT analytical techniques, identifying SIGINT requirements, and advising and assisting government SIGINT leadership on developing organizational structure and effective employment of personnel. The Analyst will provide ad hoc SIGINT analytical training and engages with DCGS training leadership on developing and implementing structured training opportunities, and engages senior leadership and staff on behalf of SIGINT organization.

　　Primary Duties

　　Performs technical studies and analyses, engages in the development of DCGS policies and procedures.

　　Performs research, collection, and collation of SIGINT-related information.

　　Prepares assessments and projections as part of the analysis process.

　　Advises and guides DCGS SIGINT element in coordination with government leadership.

　　Develops technical reports and briefings.

　　Project deliverables, and other finished products.

　　Analyze operational availability of strategic and tactical intelligence assets.

　　Develop documentation to support objectives in support of external agencies.

　　Prepares and presents technical briefings to DCGS and external leadership and staff (as required).

　　Required Qualifications

　　BA/BS degree. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a agree.

　　Minimum 3years of experience and industry leader.

　　Must be a U.S. citizen; must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance single-scope background investigation. TS with SCI eligibility accepted (proof of certifications is required on the employment start date).

　　Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　DoD 8570 IAM Level II Compliant.

　　Experience using relevant AF systems and databases.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Previous AF DCGS system experience is highly desired.

　　Pay Range:

　　Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
