Our client is a multinational{rel="nofollow"}aerospace{rel="nofollow"} and defense{rel="nofollow"} corporation that designs, develops, and manufactures aircraft engines{rel="nofollow"}, helicopter{rel="nofollow"} engines, spacecraft propulsion{rel="nofollow"} systems, and other aerospace and military equipment.

Responsibilities

Pull materials from cold storage, allowing them to acclimate per the specification.Cut materials to the correct size per the work order.Lay up the cut materials into a panel construction per the work order.Transfer the panel constructions into the platen press, which has been adjusted to the correct temperature per the work order.Operate the press to perform the correct burp cycle for optimum removal of volatiles.Remove the panel constructions from the platen press after being cured for the specified time.Record press processing information on work orders to maintain the traceability of panels.Trim panels on CNC machine to work order-specified dimensions.Palletize completed panels for shipping.Maintain storage conditions for temperature-sensitive materials.Skills

2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plusGood basic math skills, Able to speak/read/write English proficientlyLegible handwriting/printingAbility to balance multiple tasks/prioritiesMust be able to pass a Background check and Drug testMust be a US person (American passport or birth certificate or Greencard)Shift:Mo-FriWeekends
