　　The Change Management Specialist level II supports changes within an organization.

　　Responsibilities Include:

　　Assist, develop, and execute change management plans, track identified potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, and assist with monitoring the progress of the changes.

　　Provides support and training to employees during the change process.

　　This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　4+ years of position-specific relevant experience

　　Bachelor's Degree or higher

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Strong PowerPoint/Excel experience.

　　End-to-end technology project delivery experience

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to lift at least 15lbs

　　Clearance:

　　Top Secret Security Clearance

　　The projected compensation range for this position is $57,700-$95,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
