Responsible for coordinating office requirements. This includes:
-Office vendor coordination to include building administration, HVAC, shredding companies, and office suppliers
-Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting out as required
-Able to lift 50 lb. box (copy paper) and carry at least 50 feet
-Outstanding customer service and professionalism
-Receive office guests and ensure security protocols are followed for visitors
-Maintain schedule of conference room bookings
-Use Purchase card and complete reconciliation process accounting for purchases
-Able to obtain a clearance
-Working understanding of Microsoft office suite. Able to learn how to complete basic tasks in other computer programs (AutoCAD).
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
