　　Main Tasks:

　　Develop sourcing strategy through volume allocation and supervise the implementation.

　　Conduct close communication with global sourcing team on raw material source issues and propose viable solutions to address local shortages and reduce RM cost.

　　Prioritize multiple raw material qualification projects balancing business impact, efficiency, and feasibility.

　　Work closely with raw material purchasing, technical communities, and plant process team to drive end-to-end raw material change management, including identifying opportunities and defining projects, supervising qualification progress, and coordinating X-functional team to solve issues.

　　Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the team.

　　Actively seek out and drive opportunities for change to reduce RM cost and optimize business excellence.

　　Regular report out the achievement.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree or above in chemical science or engineering.

　　At least 4 years of work experience in the chemical industry or related fields.

　　Leadership: excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and motivate cross-functional teams.

　　Project Management：Strong project management skills, time management and results delivery capability.

　　Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

　　Change Agent: Demonstrated ability in driving change management efforts by understanding stakeholders’ needs across various functions.

　　Strong passion for exploring new opportunities and acquiring new business trend, willing to actively learn and apply them.

　　Able to maintain a professional and positive attitude under pressure.

　　Fluent English communication ability.
