NATURE AND SCOPE Reporting to the Vice Presidentof Consumer Credit Operations, the Consumer Loan Processing Managerfunctions as a resource, trainer, and mentor for the Consumer LoanProcessing team. This position will serve as an escalation resource andsubject matter expert for associate and member questions while alsoserving as a liaison between team leads, processors and management. Inthis role you will also assist the VP of Consumer Lending with projects,production, quality review, scheduling and other various consumer loanprocessing functions. REQUIREMENTS 1. High school diploma or equivalentand 3 years of progressive Consumer Loan Processing experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.2. Proven ability to consistently complete duties within establishedtime frames in a high volume environment. 3. Ability to review andprocess all vendor related home equity documentation. 4. Excellentverbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills,organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 5. Musthave experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs andsystems used for this job. 6. Ability to use independent judgment anddiscretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree ofconfidentiality. 7. Must have a flexible schedule, with the ability towork some evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. 8.
