Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Mailroom Assistant to join our team in Albany, New York. As a Mailroom Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to mail processing and delivery. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring efficient communication within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently managing the receipt and forwarding of mail without opening it

• Undertaking mail runs to the local post office and FedEx office

• Ensuring top-notch organizational skills are applied in all tasks

• Utilizing your driver’s license for mail delivery purposes

• Displaying dependability as you will be working in the office with one other person

• Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Inkjet, Konica Minolta, Kronos Timekeeping System, and Microsoft Access in relevant tasks

• Providing customer service and managing data entry tasks

• Ensuring deliveries are made on time using courier services

• Utilizing the 'About Time' system effectively in relevant tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Must have skills in operating Inkjet machines.

• Familiarity with Konica Minolta is essential.

• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access is necessary.

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is beneficial.

• Must have experience in Courier Services.

• Excellent Customer Service skills are required.

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
