  Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently seeking a Manager, ACUVUE® Brand Management to be based in Jacksonville, FL.

  The Manager, ACUVUE® Brand Management, develops global brand guidelines that consider and connect the size and scale of ACUVUE® across all touchpoints. In addition, this role will manage global agencies and develop both internal and external partnerships to ensure a customer-centric approach to brand strategy and creative development. This role will collaborate with regional cross-functional partners and govern the application of brand guidelines during locally led asset creation while also identifying and sharing best practices for execution. This role will also monitor global brand equity and recommend action plans to address opportunities and accelerate growth.

  RESPONSIBILIITES

  Lead the development, maintenance, evolution, and governance of global brand guidelines for ACUVUE®.

  Manage global agencies to deliver global creative elements while balancing personalization and local customization needs with efficiency.

  Partner closely global and regional/local teams to understand consumer and professional attitudes and usage.

  Analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

  Identify relevant examples of outstanding brand management and share takeaways across regions and global brands within Johnson & Johnson Vision.

  Be the expert of digital/precision/performance marketing by keeping up with media/technology trends and curating resources to build knowledge across the organization.

  Assist with the development of global business plans.

  Qualifications

  Education:

  Bachelor’s degree is required.

  MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.

  Required Experience & Skills:

  A minimum of five (5) years of relevant business experience.

  A minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, and/or Medical Devices.

  Prior experience managing creative and/or media agencies.

  Demonstrated ability to collaborate, generate consensus, and build relationships across internal and external partners.

  Effective communication and presentation skills.

  Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and senior management to impact decision making.

  Demonstrated ability to be agile and innovative in thinking and approach.

  High motivation, self-confidence, and effectiveness at operating in an independent environment while balancing multiple priorities.

  Prior experience working with Legal and Regulatory partners.

  Preferred Experience & Skills:

  Prior experience in global marketing or local/regional brand management, including the development and/or implementation of brand guidelines.

  Prior experience working with healthcare professionals.

  Prior experience with content development, asset management, precision marketing, and digital analytics.

  Demonstrated track record of marketing leadership including integrated communications planning, advertising, new product launches, and/or business plan development.

  Location & Travel:

  This role is based in Jacksonville, FL

  Requires up to 25% travel, domestic & international.
