　　Qualifications:

　　2 years of healthcare administration experience

　　Experience working with medical claims

　　Experience using EMR system, EPIC preferred

　　Microsoft Office proficient

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Responsibilities:

　　Submit Primary/Secondary insurance and follow-up

　　Verifying accuracy of patient insurance and demographic information.

　　Perform follow up on all outstanding accounts assigned in accordance with established

　　policies and procedures.

　　Analyze Remittance/Explanation of Benefits.

　　Verify Insurance Coverage, Contact Guarantor Regarding Insurance Discrepancies.

　　Strong communication, documentation, follow up, analytical and computer skill sets.

　　Ability to accurately update patient accounts, update insurance Information, initiate insurance billing.

　　Performs other job-related duties, as required and assigned.

　　Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid Governmental Benefits & Regulations.

　　Strong knowledge of Medical Insurance Coverages.
