The role you’ll contribute:
The Director of Implementation is responsible for the overall implementation of new providers as well as the development of implementation approaches to ensure target metrics, milestones, and deliverables are met. This role will lead AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) implementations for our oncology service line and partners with the wider stakeholders across the organization such as our AdventHealth Cancer Institute. This role will support our Oncology Operations Team and works in collaboration with AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) corporate support departments and AdventHealth (AH) to meet the implementation needs of the assigned practices to maintain efficient operations and growth.
The value you’ll bring to the team: (Job duties)
Develop and manage accelerated timeline for implementation of new providers into both new and existing oncology practice locations
Coordinate cross-department activities related to recruiting, contracting, credentialing and onboarding of new oncology providers.
Collaborate site selection and capital needs for new oncology providers with AH Cancer Institute
Oversee requisition and hiring of support staff for new oncology providers.
Lead the development of goals for the Implementation and Partner Implementation teams.
Drive the onboarding and implementation processes for newly hired oncology providers throughout regions/State.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field AND 5 years of healthcare management experience, OR
High school diploma AND 10 years of healthcare management experience
Preferred experience:
Master's degree
Certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE)
