This person will ensure the properties are maintained and safe while providing excellent customer service to our residents. Success in this role requires attendance at property sites during normal business hours and a flexible schedule when needed for support.What you will do
Prioritize and complete daily repairs and upkeep of the property to include appliances, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains; minor drywall repairs; and painting touch ups.Complete routine and preventative maintenance to include general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, floor covering, gutter and roof cleaning, pressure washing, winterizing properties, flushing out water heaters and water supply lines, and painting parking lot lines and handicap zonesProvide 24-hour emergency repair response serviceDetect and report the need for major maintenance repairsPrepare vacant units for occupancy to include painting rooms and trim, appliance installation, and kitchen/cabinet/countertop/floor replacementsRemove snow and ice as necessaryReport health and safety violations to the Maintenance SupervisorHow you know you're right for the role
