We are seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Intacct development and be able to work independently to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Sage Intacct platform. This position is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional with a strong technical background in mid-market ERP systems to assume a leadership role in our Data and Digital Services - Application Development and Integration practice. The Supervisor will be asked to utilize knowledge of Sage Intacct and other middle-market ERP tools to lead advanced ERP customization and integration efforts, from presales through implementation, working to challenge current state scenarios with creative solutions. The Supervisor must also follow and enforce RSM's software development lifecycle (SDLC) policy. The Supervisor should be able to discuss highly technical topics with clients in an easy-to-understand way. Finally, the Supervisor will contribute to the growth of our practice by recognizing and responding to market opportunities and client needs. Responsibilities: Design and develop custom solutions and integrations within the Sage Intacct platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Sage Intacct platform Stay up to date with the latest Sage Intacct features and functionality Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience with application development 3+ years of experience in Sage Intacct development Strong knowledge of Intacct APIs, AJAX, Smart Events, Smart Rules, SDKs, and Platform and Customization Services Experience with Sage Intacct integrations with other systems Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Sage Intacct certifications are a plus Experience with data/application integration architecture and methods Experience with any object-oriented language (Java, C#, C++, PHP) At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people.
