　　Here's what you’ll achieve;

　　Lead the People plan for APAC including talent management and succession planning for leadership and high impact roles.

　　Partner with President and Senior Leadership team to coach, challenge, influence and drive key Divisional decisions.

　　Support and promote the operating model adoption for GWS Local People

　　Lead and develop an exceptional People team across APAC

　　Drive a culture of excellence and behaviors aligned with the Local business model

　　Be a champion for change and drive change initiatives across APAC

　　Partner with business leaders and sales teams to lead People aspects of RFPs and client pitches

　　Ensure that managers have the capabilities to effectively manage the performance of their employees and solution any areas of concern.

　　Shape initiatives across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development pathways, wellbeing, engagement, development, performance management and growth.

　　With your thoughtful approach, high level of professionalism and APAC people management experience, you will be comfortable operating in a matrix environment which is fast paced. Using your strong executive presence you will lead and empower your team whilst aligning with your stakeholders to crease effective commercial HR solutions.
