Description:
Communicates with other shifts, operators, and technicians to give and receive updates on equipment status
Interpret blueprints and schematics, implement methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining production facilities, systems and equipment
Performs Preventive, Predictive, Project and Reactive maintenance on all equipment
Performs routine diagnostic checks on automated systems and equipment collecting equipment performance data for early diagnosis of potential system and/or equipment malfunction
Reacts quickly to down equipment and evaluates the issues with effective troubleshooting and analysis of data. Determines root causes of issue, determines necessary repair, and executes/expedites repair and recovery to restore equipment to safe and efficient operational status
Maintains accurate service records so that the performance of equipment can be monitored
Inputs appropriate work order and equipment repair data into the maintenance management system, as appropriate to assigned tasks
Rebuilds, repairs and reassemble machines and equipment

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing- preferably an automated facility with robotics, conveyors, and AGV
