　　What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Tech Lead? You’ll be:

　　• Providing leadership and direction to the maintenance crew in machine repairs, preventative maintenance, and building maintenance tasks.

　　• Documenting all maintenance work to meet legal requirements and company standards.

　　• Adhering to health and safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

　　• Planning and performing complex corrective and preventative maintenance.

　　• Ensuring equipment upgrades are compliant with safety regulations.

　　• Minimizing downtime through effective preventative maintenance management.

　　• Assisting in scheduling maintenance personnel to cover production line maintenance needs.

　　• Contributing to measurable improvements in maintenance-related downtime and costs.

　　• Reviewing daily preventative maintenance sheets and scheduling work accordingly.

　　• Coordinating and addressing equipment failures in a timely manner.

　　• Supporting electricians and mechanics with machine issues on the production floor.

　　• Assisting in training electricians/mechanics on production equipment and maintaining Lockout/Tag out Program.

　　• Participating in Continuous Improvement Projects and supporting initiatives with technical expertise.

　　• Have a thorough knowledge of mechanical theories and principles.

　　• Expiernece in a production environment

　　• Have experience in machine repairs, preventative maintenance, and building maintenance tasks.

　　• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

　　• Have excellent communication and leadership skills.

　　• Are detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
