About Clinical Pharmacist - PAMC Pharmacy

  Description

  Develops, coordinates, and maintains clinical and distributive Pharmaceutical Care services in collaboration with other pharmacists, physicians, primary caregivers and patient/family. Is responsible for any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians. May assist in direct patient care and collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care. Helps to ensure that patient care is delivered in a manner that optimizes outcome and minimizes cost.

  This posting is for multiple openings of a Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Alaska Medical Center, AK. We offer several openings for various FTEs and shifts. We are hiring for the following positions in the Clinical Pharmacy Department:

  Clinical Pharmacist - Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

  Clinical Pharmacist - Part-Time (0.5 FTE)

  Required qualifications:

  Bachelors of Science from an accredited college of pharmacy.

  Alaska Pharmacist License upon hire.

  6 months experience in an applicable setting.

  Preferred qualifications:

  Masters of Science in Pharmacy. Or

  Doctorate of Pharmacy.

  Coursework/Training: Pharmacy Residency.

  The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
