Maintenance Mechanic - 6 Positions Available

　　$23-30/hour - Dependent on skillsets

　　2nd Shift - Monday to Friday

　　3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday

　　Job Duties:

　　Ability to perform complete line changeover (fillers, seamers, crowners, cappers, etc.) and adjust all equipment to specified tolerances without instruction

　　Able to troubleshoot machinery for malfunctions (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, & pneumatic) without instructions.

　　Perform preventative maintenance and repair on all line and processing machinery without instructions including lubrication and heat/vibration analysis

　　Perform maintenance on all production supporting equipment (glycol system, compressed air, lubrication, and chemical distribution systems) without instructions.

　　Able to weld (Arc, TiG, and MiG) as required.

　　Minor troubleshooting parameter issues within a PLC

　　Able to minimize and use extended measures/thinking when troubleshooting equipment to minimize production downtime.

　　Complete, document, and retrieve final approvals on all assigned work orders to include recording all utilized part numbers for inventory purposes.

　　Communicate effectively and completely all relevant maintenance and production related information shift to relieving shift
