Investigate and diagnose incidents and problems relating to DDI such as Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM and related services. Help identify and manage risks within the DDI platform. Cross train capabilities with other team members. Deploying/managing DNS/DHCP/IPAM in a corporate enterprise environment along with security products that comes with Infoblox. Architecting and engaging design discussions with wider audience. Managing PKI environment for Internal Certs life cycle and partnered with AppViewX for integration. Responsible for design, configuration, and testing of internal and customer facing DNS infrastructure. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related technical field plus three (3) years of experience in Engineering or Information Technology related positions. Must have experience with the following: working with IT Service Management Platforms and Infoblox DDI and Active Directory platforms; working with DNS in a large enterprise (Configuration and Management); performing migration of DNS from one platform to another; applying knowledge of DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP; working with Active Directory Infrastructure design, Sites and Services, Group Policy, LDAP, Kerberos, and AzureAD Connect; debugging complex-cross systems problems; documenting root cause including remediation and detection; applying knowledge of a broad range of technology towers such as Storage, Virtualization, Intel, Networking, Data Center Migration and Disaster Recovery; working with both on-prem and SaaS based infrastructure and applications; and applying knowledge of relationship between software and hardware interaction.
