**Summary:Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of maintenance plant operations within that expertise. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for long range planning and the development of new procedures and processes to ensure the companys success, including policies and and procedures to increase efficiencies, lower costs and improve quality.

(Electronics, Ovens, PM / Parts, Inventory, etc.)Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipmentResponsible for maintaining the safety of the facility and all equipmentWill work closely with the Maintenance Manager in developing and directing the Maintenance Tech Positions or similar positions within the scope of their expertiseDirect the performance of preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as neededMust know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failureRepair equipment as needed due to breakdownsMust maintain a clean and safe work area at all timesOther duties as assigned by the Manufacturing General ManagerRequirements:
A Bachelors degree in a related field is required as well as three years of management experience, preferably in a bakery or cookie/cracker industry
Technical/Industry Certifications also preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Must have mechanical, electrical and PLC / Electronic trouble shooting skills
Ability to train and coach the maintenance team
Must be proficient using computer applications, spreadsheets, e-mail, and/or other related system (SAP knowledge a plus)
