Description We are on the lookout for a Bilingual Spanish Office Assistant to join our Lynn, Massachusetts-based team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. This job will involve providing light office support, handling phone calls, and managing work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.

• Handle incoming phone calls and relay messages as necessary.

• Assist in the preparation and management of work orders.

• Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry.

• Support team members in day-to-day operations as needed.

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

• Use bilingual Spanish skills to facilitate communication with diverse clientele.

• Help maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders when needed.

• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized office environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

• Proven experience in customer service roles

• Familiarity with office management procedures

• Ability to manage inbound calls, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction

• Experience with receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling inquiries and scheduling appointments

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
