Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to interact with a very diverse population in a human-services setting. Perseverance and commitment to getting the job done. Ability to operate material handling equipment. A typical full-time schedule is 35-40 hours per week and requires: Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week; and Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees. Prior Experience & Education: 0-3 years of experience. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
