  En France, nos activités sont réparties entre 10 sites (usines, laboratoire R&D), spécialisés dans les câbles pour les secteurs de l’énergie, l’aéronautique et les télécom.

  Dans son usine de haute technologie de Douvrin (62), qui compte 350 salariés, Draka Comteq tisse la fibre optique, par un procédé de fabrication complexe, alliant technologie et chimie.

  Pour accompagner ses nouveaux challenges, notre équipe recherche un poste de :

  R&D MANAGER (PCVD/OVD) - F/M.

  Rattaché au Responsable R&D Process Préforme de la division Fibre, vous élaborez, développez, industrialisez et transférez la recherche et l'élaboration de nouveaux procédés au niveau de la BU pour les domaines PCVD et OVD, en tenant compte de toutes les contraintes (coûts, délais, réglementations, qualité, compatibilité des câbles, etc.)

  Dans un contexte multiculturel et multi-sites vous :

  Proposee et mettez en oeuvre le programme R&D et les projets d'investissements associés dans leur domaine

  Définissez, pilotez et suivez les KPI de performance (machines, produits, coûts, délais, …) dans leur domaine

  Garantissez et assurez l'industrialisation des process ou des produits en tenant compte des contraintes (coûts, délais, qualité, sécurité, maintenance …) et assurer la formation et le transfert de compétences (dans la BU) dans leur domaine

  Managez les équipes de manière hiérarchique (site) et/ou de manière transversales (projets)

  Apportez un support à la production / process control à la résolution de problèmes (qualité, maintenance, process, …) dans leur domaine

  Assurez la planification des essais et de la mise à disposition des machines dans leur domaine en lien avec la production/process control

  Profil:

  Diplôme MSc ou Ingénieur (PhD est un plus) avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience réussie dans un environnement industriel.

  Connaissance du procédé de fabrication de la fibre optique : PCVD, collapse, OVD, Consolidation

  Anglais courant

  Compétences en gestion et en communication.

  Rigueur, méthodologie, flexibilité, fiabilité, polyvalence.
