New employees can start off with an hourly rate of\$25.77 per hour and will be eligible for an increase upon completion oftheir training. This role will work a rotating shift schedule. Workingon Saturday and Sunday will regularly be required. Working on Saturdayis paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate and working on Sunday is paid at 2times your hourly rate. What You Will Do * Work within Essity safetystandards to support the efficient operation of the rewinder/slittingend of the Tissue manufacturing process. * Watch the process and ifnecessary perform routine maintenance, housekeeping, and resupply ofmaterials necessary for roll prep and shipping. * Deliver finishedrolls of paper to awaiting trailers, load trailers, and enter necessaryroll weight data into integrated materials management system. * SupportEssity Continuous Improvement Systems. * Consult with Team Leader orskilled operators if required. * Order and prepare raw materials / orproducts for palletizing and install them on the machine according toStandard Operating Procedures * Maintain an adequate communication withprevious and next shift as well as with other persons involved inrunning the machine * Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation *Support others in operating activities Secure the quality level of theproducts by regular checking against the product specification rejectingor blocking if necessary * Complete all required documentation and datafiles during production What We Can Offer You At Essity, we believeevery career is as unique as the individual and empower employees toreach their full potential in a winning culture motivated by a powerfulpurpose.
