DescriptionThe successful candidate for the position of Machine Operator Level 1 shall be fully capable of performing all job functions listed in 1.0 and possess all the qualifications itemized in Sections 1.0 through 5.2.Job Tasks1.1 Clean and sanitize equipment according to documented procedures.1.2 Set up and run equipment to standard.1.3 Record all information as specified by documented procedures using good documentation practices.1.4 Ensure all log books are complete and accurate.1.5 Perform and record most preventive maintenance, assistance may be required from mechanical staff.1.6 Execute MBRs according to documented instructions.1.7 Clean and maintain ink printers.1.8 Be able to identify and replace broken and / or damaged parts.1.9 Adjust computerized attributes as necessary, identify and correct machine or raw material discrepancies to assure product control.1.10 Train other employees to become machine operators.1.11 Clean and sweep work areas when necessary.1.12 Work up to a 40 hour scheduled workweek. However, please note that actual shift schedules may vary with different production lines. This would be discussed at time of interview.1.13 Work overtime as needed to maintain job schedules.
