As a global team member, this role will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The Global IT Business Analyst is responsible for creating functional project deliverables. The position will be engaged with various initiatives within the SAP Finance portfolio. The position is also responsible for supporting IT managers in reporting the status and performance of initiatives.

　　This role is responsible for creating user stories, performing functional testing, and creating documentation during an IT project. This role requires a working understanding of a project cycle implementation and support. In addition to being proficient in verbal and written communication, this role requires strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to various challenges.

　　Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

　　The position will also involve process mapping & documentation and creating proposals to improve the process.

　　Work with project teams to create deliverables for the full range of the project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, close), covering a portfolio of projects that focus on the business needs of the Finance Services organization.

　　Please follow the appropriate governance functions, enterprise guidelines, policies, and practices.

　　Perform health checks of project QA checklists.

　　Create and maintain the required project documentation and artifacts.

　　Please make sure to interact with all levels of personnel to determine technology requirements.

　　Contribute to ongoing improvement of organizational project management processes.

　　Education Requirements:

　　Candidates for bachelor's degree or Masters degree candidates in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related fieldCompensation Language

　　$4679.00 per month (based on either Undergraduate or Graduate preference from HM)
