About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Professional to join our Core Infrastructure Team, as an Lead IT Support Engineer , for Hach IT Operations! You will have the opportunity to support our leadership team in building out our technologies, processes, and organization to better position Hach for the future.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess extensive experience in IT support and exhibit strong leadership skills. While senior-level experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional soft skills and a strong commitment to excellence.
In this role, you will :
Provide comprehensive endpoint support for Hach associates and executives, primarily using Dell Latitude devices, troubleshooting hardware, software and Windows issues as required.
Resolve and troubleshoot Microsoft Office application and Microsoft 365 back-end issues.
Work with HR to provide an all-encompassing onboarding presentation to new hires that outlines our policies and processes, plus, provision new endpoints using Windows Autopilot / Microsoft Intune/SCCM.
Manage and troubleshoot Audio/Visual systems in conference rooms at the facility such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Jabra Speakers, Jabra Headsets, etc.
Monitor, manage, and complete incidents in Jira IT Service Management for all Hach associates.
Create and maintain documentation which includes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work, and Knowledge Base articles.
Conduct basic network troubleshooting at the corporate office and provide smart hands support for the Network Engineering Team as required.
Are you qualified?
At least 5 years of relevant experience, 10 years preferred.
Senior-level experience in IT support is preferred; candidates with exceptional soft skills/ professionalism and less experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation experience.
Proficiency with Dell Latitude devices, Microsoft Office, and Windows operating systems.
Strong end user support and process experience.
Proficiency with Apple products.
Prior experience with AV systems and network troubleshooting.

The salary range for this role is $95,000.00 - $105,000 .00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
