Machine Helper

　　Position Title: Machine Helper

　　Pay Rate : $17.99

　　Category/Shift : Hourly Full Time - Shift Times; 7am-3pm (first). 3pm-11pm (second) 11pm – 7am (third). Some weekends are mandatory.

　　The Job You Will Perform:

　　Production machine setup

　　Reading factory orders

　　Accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment

　　Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, counting and stacking product, accurately completing quality and administrative documents, and following directions

　　Machine Helpers are expected to effectively assist in running corrugating or finishing machines to achieve plant goals, including working safely, maintaining/improving productivity according to established methods and goals

　　Securing raw materials

　　Participating in crew meetings, reducing waste, actively participating in team problem solving processes, and maintaining quality standards.

　　Applicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as required.

　　NOTE: Machine Helper is a full-time entry level position for new manufacturing associates.

　　The Skills You Bring Must Include:

　　High school diploma (or GED) is required.

　　Must pass all required prescreening testing

　　The ability to perform the duties / responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations

　　One to two year’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required. Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred, but not required.

　　The ability to learn; and the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
