We are seeking a Revenue Analyst to join our team in the healthcare industry. The role is based in Lake Success, New York. As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle operations

• Forecast revenue and streamline collection procedures

• Manage patient financial services and audit processes

• Implement revenue cycle management initiatives

• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for various accounting functions

• Conduct auditing and billing functions as part of the job role

• Manage budget processes and claim administration

• Maintain a robust understanding of industry trends, medical terminology, billing codes, insurance procedures, and reimbursement strategies

• Continuously learn and develop new skills for professional advancement.

Requirements • Proven experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Proficiency with CRM tools

• Experience with Crystal Reports

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Auditing processes

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Budget Processes

• Experience in Claim Administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
