　　salary: $24 - $30 per hour

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Maintain and repair computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines.

　　Install new CNC machinery or computerized control systems as needed

　　Monitor equipment performance to ensure that it is operating efficiently and within safe tolerances (Machine leveling and alignment)

　　Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws

　　Troubleshoots production equipment and mechanical failures, repairs and performs preventive maintenance (PM) as required to ensure equipment reliability

　　Time management expertise with sense of urgency to reduce machine down conditions.

　　Support Operations, Quality and Engineering teams with root cause analysis (5 Why's): Change management, Incident Management, and Non-Conformances.

　　Trains Operators on certain Maintenance tasks to develop PM procedures and support training programs

　　Supports the daily operations of Planned Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance standards while working with teams, focus priority, and plant directives.

　　Develops, implements and maintains comprehensive preventative maintenance program for electronic and mechanical manufacturing equipment including lathes, mills, tubular lasers, and hydraulic presses

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 10 hours at one time

　　working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
