  Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our ‘Office’ and ‘Retail’ department, we are currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator. You will get to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations.   What’s in it for you?

  As Office & Retail Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient running of your department through performing administrative duties supporting business operations.

  Organize the ‘Investor Leasing’ and ‘Retail’ department and assist colleagues in different ways :

  Be the orchestra conductor of two efficient teams, being the point of contact and the link between your teams and CBRE’ clients.

  Be active and pro-active in your daily tasks, and always be curious and work in the detail

  Be comfortable with usual tools such as word, excel, PowerPoint.

  Database management (Efficy and Propertyweb) : keeping our department’s CRM system up to date by pro-actively contacting our investor clients

  Update the fee pipeline and request invoices to finance

  Manage AML/KYC tasks

  Support the office manager by perform receptionist duties when needed (reception of visitors and clients, answering the phone (general line))

  Let’s talk about you

  You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a back-office assistant, real estate assistant or in another relevant administrative role

  You have proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

  You are fluent in French and English; German would be a serious advantage

  You are proactive, dynamic, and have a positive mindset

  You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  You have excellent organizational and time management skills
