Description A top-ranking legal department has an open opportunity for an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator who is looking to expand their legal career. 　　Responsibilities

　　Head the entire life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)

　　Compromise with clients on terms of agreements

　　Review contracts to ensure completeness

　　Make reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis- Facilitate and follow the entire approval and execution process

　　Add contract details into company database

　　Enforce company contract execution policy and procedures

　　Handle contract execution processes

　　Field both internal and external requests for status of contracts

　　Produce and preserve contracts database

　　Arrange a variety of contractual provisions and administering contract proposals Requirements - Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn new ideas and concepts

　　Exceptional organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines

　　Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

　　Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

　　Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Procedures experience

　　Good understanding of Confidentiality

　　Skills in proofreading

　　Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

　　General familiarity with project management

　　Earlier work involving Partners

　　Prior experience with A Plus

　　Comprehension of Safety Guidelines

　　Experience with Multiple Projects Simultaneously

　　Wide ranging experience with Spreadsheets

　　Foundational knowledge in Software Application

　　Practical knowledge of Workstation Support

　　Previous experience working with Microsoft Office Suites

　　Knowledge of reviewing documents for spelling and grammar

　　Proficiency in Law Office

　　Solid understanding of Create Reports

　　Training experience preferred

　　Proven knowledge of Policy

　　Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Word

　　Quality experience with Regulation

　　Knowledge of data entry

　　Experience with Written Communication

　　Hands-on experience with Professional Manner

　　Solid understanding of customer service

　　Solid understanding of Contract Management
