We are currently looking for a Commercial Development Specialist to join our Nestlé Professional team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
Analysis and monitor closely channel&category performance to ensure alignment of region and HQ strategy
Contribute to the ICP ( Integrated Commercial Planning ) process by identifying the key opportunities and concrete actionable plans for the Category/Sub Category
Support development process of “channel based picture of success “ for related categories; and responsible for the right execution for Starbucks in the field, execution of all visibility steps are in your responsibility
Support the trade selling stories process with marketing team according to the field strategy for sales
Create and report the monthly scorecard by category and region
Ensure the cycle plan (Commercial Cycle) is updated in collaboration with the Sales, CDT Team and Marketing
Translate category plans into monthly operation planning by involving monthly business planning cycle
Track aged stock & slow moving products & bad goods and determine the action plan
Develop monthly regional operation plan in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager based on the cycle plan (Monthly NPS target, TTS & activity planning)
Ensure TTS is planned and executed align with the strategy for both Regional and Central budget
Support the trade asset forecasting process for respective regions together with the solution skus (Channel, machine model, menu, segment)
Support Regional Forecasting Process
Responsible for execution of ICP plans for your respective region
Which profile are we looking for?
Bachelor degree
Fluent in English
Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Sales and / or Trade Marketing.
