We are now paying our LPNs up to $29.00 per hour and $7.00 per hour for the evening shift (3pm to 11pm) and $3.00 per hour for overnights (11pm to 7am).

　　LPN Job Summary:

　　• Recording and report health details of Residents to providers, Supervisor, and Unit Managers

　　• Administering medications to Residents per provider’s order.

　　• Providing treatments per provider’s order.

　　• Overseeing CNA’s, TNA’s and Unit Helpers.

　　• Monitor and record Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.

　　Requirements:

　　A current unencumbered active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State

　　Willing to function under the direction of the RN Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing

　　Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

　　Demonstrate a working knowledge of pharmacology.

　　§ May push, pull, move supplies on carts weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
