Description Join an exciting team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt field as a Billing Clerk through Robert Half, and utilize your talents for organization and accuracy. As a Billing Clerk, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Key responsibilities

Institute financial procedures and controls

Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy

Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

Examine, evaluate, and process invoices or bills for services rendered Requirements - Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

Enter Invoices experience

Solid understanding of billing

Code Invoices experience preferred

Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

PeopleSoft experience highly desired

Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
