Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be tasked with the responsibility of handling approximately 200 invoices daily. Key tasks include production receiving, where you will review packing slips and bill of ladings before accurately entering them into our ERP system. You will also be involved in calculating and production entry for our Kansas City location, as well as sales order completion once customer purchase orders are reviewed and provided by the sales team. Other responsibilities include verifying inventory availability for sales orders, coordinating logistics from inventory storage locations, invoicing all shipments using D365 software, and maintaining inventory control. You will also be responsible for mailing, scanning, or emailing invoices to the appropriate customers for payment, entering invoices into customer portals, processing scale tickets for billing through railroad websites, and conducting monthly railcar audits and in-transit inventory checks.

Work Environment
This role operates in an office environment from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. No weekend work is required.
