POSITION SUMMARYGreets customers in a friendly professional manner; takes food orders and rings retail items into the Food based POS system; prepares food according to standard food quality and safety practices. Delivers food to guests in a courteous and professional manner. Reports to work in clean uniform and meets company appearance and grooming standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Report to duty on time, well-groomed and in proper uniform.
· Cook and maintain all temperatures of food at the proper levels.
· Keep work area neat, clean, sanitized and organized.
· Maintain all refrigerator checks first thing in the morning, throughout the day, and at the close of the day.
· Prep in advance where possible: morning shift for evening shift, evening shift for breakfast shift.
· Pull all frozen product ahead of time for proper cooling procedures.
· Responsible for waste control and assisting with maintaining a weekly condemned sheet.
· Check all incoming product according to the invoices to ensure what is received complies with the billing.
· Stock condiments, napkins, cups lids, plates, food etc. with back up & under stock.
· Make sure all food product is labeled, dated, and rotated (FIFO) First In First Out.
· Perform any other duties that may be required or directed by Management.
· Follow all Environmental and OSHA Safety policies and procedures.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred
Experience: Preferred but will train someone who is motivated and willing to learn.
Computer Skills: Ability to operate or be trained to operate various operations related software programs.
Certifications & Licenses: Servsafe and Utah food handler's card/certification
