Hours:11:00am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday; 11:00am-8:00pm Friday throughSunday. Schedule and hours may vary, rotating days off. Approximately 40hours per week. Duties: Prepare traditional Mediterranean cuisine.Duties include chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces,ensuring that all culinary food preparation is produced according to thehigh standards for quality, visual appeal and consistency. Set up andbreak down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals.Cover, date and store all leftover re-usable products. Stock inventoryand supplies. Clean up station & kitchen including, break downcardboard, sweep and mops floors, clean all pots, pans, flatware andutensils. Season and cook food according to recipes or experience.Cooking will be done in a restaurant and in mobile food trucks. Requiredto stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel,crouch, bend. Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. No minimum educationrequired, 3 months of experience required in the preparation ofMediterranean cuisine. Worksite: 1880 Mountain Rd., Unit 2, Stowe, VT05672, transportation provided to various locations within Stowe County,Vermont. \$18.64/hour, possible OT at \$27.96/hour. Bonuses/raises maybe paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. Asingle workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paidbi-weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck requiredby law will be made. Employer will assist worker with securing housing,but employer will not provide housing. Employer will provide workers atno charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform thejob. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa,visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, includingthose mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging)to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workersreimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period.
