A few details about the role: Orchestrate and leadtherapeutic activities for resident participation for individual as wellas group structures. Motivate residents to participate in daily plannedactivities. Provide high level of resident engagement. Establishone-on-one relationships with residents. Maintain daily one-on-onevisitation schedule. Conduct resident activity interest surveys.Strengthen resident activity with the development and coordination ofprograms. Provide hands-on/on-the-job training to newly hired activitiesassistants. Provide skill set retraining as assigned. Document residentattendance to activities. Electronically update care plan to includeassessment, activity participation and progress notes. Oversee themovement of residents to and from recreational areas to participate inscheduled programs include activities held outside of Community. Plan,create and publish monthly programming and transportation calendar.Communicate on-going performance feedback of activities assistants.Maintain inventory par levels, track inventory and supplies. And here\'swhat you need to apply: High school diploma or equivalent, Associatedegree preferred. Two to three years applicable experienceCertifications required by state regulations.
