　　Licensed Pharmacist

　　Schedule:

　　3rd shift, 7 on/7 off, 10 pm - 6:30 amSpecialty Rx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. Specialty Rx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

　　License Pharmacist Responsibilities:

　　Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration.

　　Ensure that dispensed medicines are correctly supplied and labeled.

　　Communicate with facilities’ nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members in regard to medication-related queries.

　　Supervise the preparation of any medicines.

　　Requirements

　　License Pharmacist Requirements:

　　Active Pharmacist with Ohio Board of Pharmacy a must.

　　Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

　　Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

　　Strong attention to detail.

　　Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.

　　Must be multi-tasking and reliable.

　　Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
